What we have

My client is running:
Release 8.5.3
Standard Configuration

Our mail server is running:
Release 8.5.2FP3 HF65

My mailbox uses the template: StdR85Mail
Template version 8.5.2 (07/27/2010)

Could that be what is causing the problem, our client is 8.5.3 and the mail server is 8.5.2?
